β β β β β Poor developer. I'd bought their one of the project Lakepark Residences, have leaking issue at the bathroom. Developer been dragged more than 6 months not to arrange their contractor, everytime confirmed the appointment 2 weeks ago, then will call you to cancelled before the day. It's been 2 times already. Very bad after sales service for the guarantee defect services.

β β β β β Bad workmanship for Lakepark Residence. Bathroom glass door suddenly falls into pieces during the strong wind /rain. After 10 years owners will regret buying a house here unless you did renovation. A lot of dove droppings at the bathroom window where you cant clean it as the water will fall down which is not proper.I rmbr last time during the launch of this condo, residence entitled to have free entry to the Wonderland 99 but now no more only owners are allowed 2x a month. If you rent a house here you will be regret because of this discrimination and could not have the same privilege.

β β β β β Dishonest developer. Cheat old people to sell their house & land with bad conditions house & price. Give under table money to management to get the resident information and disturb the house owner to sell their house. Direct deal with DBKL to force people to sell the house! I believed in KARMA & sure the shareholder & the employees who do the dirty work will receive what they did before. Never agree to sell your house to them caused they will return you a bad quality house or amount of money to the beggar. not worth to deal with them!
