★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment at 10am and told the services need 90 minutes to complete, however wait till 11am my car remain in parking. if the service center unable to take the volume, do not take so many car in appointment. This is the worst experience on the appointment. why need appointment? Customer pay expensive money to enjoy the worst services. I will not consider this service center anymore which do not respect other people time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Done our car repair due to accident in July 2020. And they shall help to claim insurance on the insurance of the car who knocked our car. After half year, as per today, our NCD still remain ZERO and they still not help us to claim back our NCD to 55% when we wanna buy insurance for our new car. Disappointed with the claim person in charge.

Staff are friendly. Overall satisfied.
