I keep wondering why must claimed they are expert while in fact, they can't even figure out the correct part for the correct model?? Now everyone can open workshop and claim they are an expert to convince noob customers?? Wahhh so easy??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JML did a very good job in replacing my F10 Electronic Water Pump. At a time agreed earlier, I sent in my car. Upon arrival, the mechanics immediately started working on it. Jamal promised to complete work by end of day. About 3 hours later Jamal texted me that the car is ready.
I am very happy with the job done and service rendered.. and the price, almost half of that quoted by Autobavaria.
JML would certainly be my first choice to service my F10 from now on. I strongly recommend JML to all BMW owners whose looking for an excellent professional service at a reasonably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. My son via Google Map search, recommended this place to repair the window regulator.
2. From the 35 reviews, I was impressed they think very highly of JML so decided to visit.
3. Jamal, the owner as he calls himself is a tall, handsome, macho, humble man and with his very long hair, looks like a hard-rock fan.
4. Very efficient, he immediately checked the chassis no. to sought the correct replacement type. BMW ori. replacements are expensive so he recommended OEM. He said my case was rare (They only experienced 3 cases), even originals were out of stock, by luck, there was a second hand unit.
5. His labour charge I agree is reasonable, the same was given by a visiting mechanic who repaired our Peugeot 407.
6. I found out he has a Degree in Automobile Engineering and was ex-AutoBavaria Glenmarie so I'm sure he knows his stuff and this workshop was opened since 2011, just that I hardly pass here.
7. To reach this workshop, after passing USJ8 Police station, turn left at the traffic light then go all the way straight in. At the second traffic light turn right by Lavana 2 Sports Centre then take the second junction on the left. This place is mid-way on the right, the landmark is a nearby tree.
8. Their original workshop 2 units away has become their office-cum-spare part store and this one which fronts Jalan TS 6/8 has become their garage.
9. Their corner lot garage is very large but spartan, a real mechanic’s territory. It’s not like your typical branch automobile service centre in that it lacks a customer’s waiting room. There was only a simple table and chairs which the mechanics too use to have their meals.
20. Their toilet is basic and functional but not shopping mall toilet quality.
21. I was disappointed at the poor condition of the sink outside. There is definitely room for improvement if they want to impress their clients who need to relieve themselves. To me, little things mean a lot.
22. My window regulator only took slightly less than an hour to fix but as Jamal was out, payment was conveniently settled through WA and online banking transaction which I feel is even safer than carrying cash.
23. I was happy with their service and the relationship they want to build with their clients, (maybe, I talk too much) I believe this place will be my base to service my BMW in future.
