The material has already reach and been stranded at this hub for past 4 days and till now unreachable and non responsive. Please close down your business. They don't even deserve one star but got no option since you have to rated them in order to post your review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad service! I paid extra for faster delivery, but the package sent on 27th April has not been delivered by 30th!
Called drop point CDC krubong 308 many times just hang up the phone. Called hotline also in vain!
If people paid extra but couldn't get the service deserved, just stop your express service! ! Will never use J&T again!!!????????????????
UPDATE: I texted the complaint center at 2:30 pm and got the message at 3:00pm stated that the parcel was being delivered and my family member received it at 5:30pm. I'm willing to change my review from one star to three stars because things get processed quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 4 parcels before raya. Arrived on CDC Krubong on 26th April and from there the status keep repeat "hold due to droppoint out of business hours". Today 3 out of 4 parcels declared lost. If lost then I don't know what parcels they trying to send me on those many "hold" status they claimed on the tracking system.
Really really super bad service. Finger cross that my last parcel is safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure whats wrong with your worker, they call me on 12/1 11.38am but my phone havent on, I check the tracking, it shown parcel out for delivery on 11.38am,then sistem update delivery attemp failed on 11.39am.They come from cdc to my house only use 1 min is'it?? Isnt they should be call before arriving my home and not when the parcel just out for delivery ?? After that they didnt call me again and also didnt attempt delivery again on the next two days!! They just kept updating the system to recipient tiada, and delivery unsuccesful, how come delivery successful if you didnt delivery it?? And until now the parcel was returning to seller.
