★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, can you all stop having trainee barber to cut my hair everytime? I'm not a lab rat for korang trainee barber to practise on. Everytime a new trainee barber cuts a different hairstyle for me. And the hairstyle from the trainee barbers honestly do not look nice. I hope to get nice, consistent haircuts. Jangan marah just being honest

However you may need to wait patiently for turn especially during night session. Good thing customer may leave their number and staff will contact you when it's your turn.

INEXPERIENCED barbers!! BAD SERVICE!!
Honestly not all the barbers are professionally skillful and well maintain even just having very simple shaving both sides and the back. As a return customer, there's no consistency everytime is a total different haircut (skin fade)
Very dissapointed ended up with a shaved hole on the back of the left side due to incorrect separating hair sections. Not sure barbers are lack of experiences or never listen and follow customer's request in details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They way they present your hair once everything is done is like wahhh...so nice.
In reality - it wasn't practical at all if you're to do it on your own at home... unless if you have extra pair of 10ft hand to do it.
All looks nice at their place only... and yea, make appointment like 4pm, they will only attend to you 15min or so later. Reason - staff taking break.
Then put a note on the mirror - tips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got amazing haircut before but this time really disappointed, with some shave on my beard, price goes up to rm40 where before this still at rm24. Really shock and not satisfied with this result + kind of price.
