★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor cashier service. Asked customer to provide small change. Worse, he asked me to change it myself to get smaller change from the restaurant besides the barbershop. Will never come here again due to the unprofessional service. What can we expect if they put some rempit guy at the front services anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no problem with the barber. All of them are good and excellent. I just dislike with their management especially those who are sitting at the door/ so called counter boy. Greet customer harshly. No kemesraan. Plus of that, during paying the service of overall total rm25. To me it is good and reasonable price here KL. It is just if u don’t provide online transfer or any other cashless pay method, please atleast provide change. Sometimes customer could spend bigger amount of money. They don’t have change. As customer service or counter boys should manage this. Get a change for them. Or ask nicely. Customer could be clueless with that lack of soft skills. Sorry but no sorry i have to say wangsa maju’s Joe’s barber is the worst barber at the aspect of managing money so far.

I told the barber very simple instructions (short sides and cut HALF an inch off the top) but the barber proceeds to just do his own thing and cut at least 2 inches off the top and started doing a side part look. This barbershop should really start hiring proper and professional barbers.
