★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, great place for a haircut. But they certainly have issues with timing. I suggest coming at the earliest 12pm, cause that's when the barbers actually come in.

sometimes, it feels too hipster, may take too long for each customer.
Price is common for a hipster barbershop.

good side, i can feel the difference and gentle treatment from the barber. the equipment used was good as well, sharp and not really noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make an appointment at 12.30pm before Friday prayers but they said they were not available and asked me whether I can make it at 1pm; I took it and arrived at the outlet at 1pm. After waiting for about 15 minutes one of the staff is asking me to wait for another hour cause the barbers are going for prayers. If you know this is gonna take place why confirmed my appointment??? Regardless about that, I waited for another hour and came back at 2pm. Once I reached the outlet, I waited for another 45 minutes and none of them called me but they were busy handling other customers who’s walking in!! What in the world is the purpose of appointment then?? Not only you wasted my time which was about 2 hours but all of the staff didn’t even bother to apologize when I left even after telling them to cancel my appointment cause I’ve been waiting for a long time. Those who are working there are very unethical and unprofessional personnel’s.
To add to that, before this whenever I come to this place they never had a fixed price for the same hair cut! It’s the barbers wish on how the wanna charge; very unethical!! Sometimes is RM25 and sometimes it’s RM30 although it’s cutting hair and beard trimming alone!! FYI, hair cut is RM20, shave is RM10 & trim is RM5. This is not my 1st time coming to this place and experiencing this.
The one main reason I come here is because there’s 1 specific barber who’s very professional and friendly who cuts my hair. Now that I found out that he’s no more there, I don’t have any reason to come to this disaster of a place!!!
To new comers, I would highly recommend not to step your foot into this place if you value your time and cash. Very unprofessional and unethical staffs! I doubt this post will make any changes to the current operations in this particular outlet but I’m posting this for the customers who’s planning to have a cut in this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to Joe's barber for the last 2 years. The consistency in terms of quality has dropped. Had a haircut a week ago it was terrible the staff was not doing what I've told him. He just wants to finish cutting as quickly as he can. Pretty disappointing.
