★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my cut from barber wan.the top was super unbalanced.some parts longer and some parts were too short.i asked for a taper on the sides and the result was like a curve from the bottom to top. I paid rm25 for the cut which isn't cheap. Indian barber is definitely better than this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cut my hair here every other week and never fail to tip. Today I was in a rush went there and saw the guy I usually cut was not there, was informed he was on lunch break so I waited for him. Note that I was the first person in waiting, soon 2 more other customers came. Once my usual barber was there he cane out and simply called in the customer that came after me. I told him that I came first and I am in a rush, he just pointed at another barber and said "he is almost done". I left immediately seeing this circus of a customer service. If you are too lazy to check who came first have a bloody number system. Will not come back here or other Joe barbers for that matter and will make sure none of my staffs/friends use their service as well. Wasted my time where I have to wait for nothing.
