★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with warranty claim at Johan Best Sungai Petani Padang Termusu Outlet. Go there with appointment on 9 Feb 2022 with appointment for warranty claim on right rear lamp, however the outlet change a second handed rear lamp with defect inside the housing. The technician knows about the defect but proceed to change hoping the customer won't notice. I have proof of photo in regard to my warranty claim. When I notice it then they proceed to change demo unit lamp and claim is new to me. When I expose them they only said it was a demo unit lamp. Wasted 2 hours here, without sorry from the technician or service advisor, my god avoid this outlet please.
