Personally i don't want to give a STAR even a half STAR but if i don't do it, my commence will not appear by google....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google stating closing at 4.30pm, came here 4.10pm, counter staff saying close and wouldnt help to print just 1 cukai tanah. Nobody cared to update on google or close the main door if closing at 4pm? I had no problem entering the premise at all, and staff is very unfriendly, seems not willing to work at all.

They can pass 1 enquiry from 1 dept to another dept for days weeks and months.
