★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jointly developed by Genting and outlet mall specialist, Simon Property, this is a good but not great outlet mall like the one they have at Genting.
It’s rather hot & humid to shop when you’re in between outlets and due to its location, does not get much traffic as Genting.
With over 150 outlets, it has all the main brands you want, be it luxury products or sportswear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety of choices and some of the high brands. Most of the stores have to queue for more than 10 mins
One thing that I dislike is that there was only one entry for the whole outlet which is hard to reach if you parking your car far away from the gate.
I recommend going on weekdays, not weekends??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Johor Premium Outlets offer discounted off season branded clothing from Gucci, Prada, Jimmy Choo and many more. Malaysia first Premium Outlets. Best place to stop by if you are around Johor even just for window shopping. Ample of outdoor parking. Not many restaurants available thou, always pack during meal time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to shop, especially during end of year sale. However, expect crowd during weekends or public holiday. Due to the high number of visitor, makan place tend to be full and long queue all the time. Best to avoid coming over for meal unless if you are going for fast food options. Not many choices of food there as that's not the main thing. The main point is the DISCOUNT and SALE. If you're looking for wedding, birthday, anniversary or whatever gifts, this is the best place ? Total damage of the day RM2k but worth it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop till you drop! Nice location plus easy access via Senai highway or North South expressway. Big and spacious parking space. Well maintain and organized establishment. You will do a lot of walking due to long and spacious shop/store inside the compound. So many luxury brand offered here. Well done to all the staff and management for their effort and hardworking to make this place a well deserved 5 stars tourist destination. Keep it up!

This is quite a nice place to do window shopping. The outlet is beautifully put together with nice open shaded walkways, plants and fans to keep it cool. It's outdoors if it wasn't clear enough. Lots of well known expensive brands here with, supposedly, good deals/discounts every day. Food wise, there are not a lot of options here and most of them are generally busy so plan your meals properly and avoid peak eating times.
Tip: They do Group Tours where groups of 15 or more folks can get a Shopping Passport that gives them even more discounts.
