★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very satisfied with my purchase with Jolin. She's been really helpful and attentive to my enquiries. She showed me all the available units i am interested and we even viewed almost every layout available there, and finally picked the one we liked most. Her patience and professionalism was top notch!
There were some hiccups during my loan application stage, she even went all out to recommending a mortgage consultant to solve the issues. Its definitely one of the best services you can get out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been dealing with many property agents for the past few years, most of them only response quickly to you when you have shown as a potential buyer or tenant who has strong interest on their published properties. Otherwise, you can hardly to contact them (no pickup) or wait for their return call.
I’m extremely satisfied with my agent’s service, Jolin, she is one of the very few property agents who will pick up and answer your queries, even at the beginning stage where you don’t have strong intention to purchase and purely wanted to understand more on the property. She has been very patient with my queries and doubts and frankly speaking, not many agents will do this... especially after completed the whole acquisition.
Same goes to her colleague, Peggy, not only were they professional at their work and properties knowledge. They also did an amazing job of making the whole acquisition process (from enquiring, bank loan, legal to paper signing) a lot easier and transparent (no hidden information). I’ve personally visited the property multiple times before making the decision to acquire and they have been very patient with me. They arranged my visits according to my schedule and patiently assisted with all my doubts and queries.
I strongly recommend both of them, if you’re looking for agent for your next property hunt.
