Best experience ever! Mula2 macam seram. Naik bukit asyik failed je. Tp jgn risau, diorg guide mcm mana nak handle. Bila dah sampai peak and berendam kt air terjun. Rasa seronok pulak. Diorg estimate 1 hingga 2 jam je.. Tp jadi 4 jam. Seronok! Staff okay sgt2...Friendly. InshaAllah. Ade rezeki nak join lagi. ?

Not recommend to go with Jom ATV for the experience. I highly recommend you to choose a different ATV Operator. Reasons are as follows. Made a booking for 9am on 9 April 2021 and was told to wait for the 10am group to go together. I took the better 520cc 2 seater ATV to spend time with my girl. Only started the ATV adventure at 12pm (3 hours late!!) due to several ATV's breaking down consecutively before the start of the adventure (i think 3 - 5 had to be changed at the last minute). ATV maintenance and checking should have been done before customers got there. Guides were reckless, unprofessional and dont really care for customers wellbeing: 1. only offering water once throughout the trip; 2. forcing me to use my ATV on a faulty route just to make up time (due to their own delay earlier) which cause the tyre of my ATV to deflate and causing me to be stranded for another 1.5 hours more. 3. due to item 2, the group left me and my girl behind and was just told to wait for rescue, with no further assurance or a safety number to call. i wasnt even offered water while waiting. 4. When rescue finally came, they didnt even have functioning equipment to re-inflate my tyre, and they failed about 5-8 time to re-inflate that i just gave up and told them to send me and my girl down the hill, as 1.5 hours passed by and a thunderstorm was about to hit. Overall, ruined the great experience of the uphill ride and Sofea Jane, and the plans i had for the day, which is a shame as uphill ride was fun and amazing, and the Sofea Jane waterfall was breathtaking. After the above experience and us not being able to enjoy the ride downhill, i kindly asked them for a half refund on the price paid (in view of the shortcomings earlier and us only experiencing half the journey), and till this day, been getting evasive messages, late/no replies and false promises to follow-up.

Life-threatening ride!! Overall it was fun at the start BUT displeasing experience for me and my friend. I will not recommend to ride with this operator for the following reasons: 1. The bikes were not maintained properly as they were rusty in the sense that it took the staffs around 1 hour just to get two bikes started from a bunch of them. (The staff was not even confident about the bikes that they finally chose to give us saying “semua pun macam tu jugak ” 2. We downgraded our initial plan to do the most challenging ride (Sofea Jane waterfall to Kebun after losing the confidence on the staffs and also the bikes). The ride turned out to be quite challenging as well. 3. Here comes the most important part, most parts of the ride was on a narrow road sandwiched between a deep cliff and the forest. It was when riding down the steepest rocky slope, that I realised that the break wasn’t functioning properly hence leading me to the edge of cliff!!! Thats right, I almost died. Luckily, I jumped off the bike in time. 4. My friend’s ride was far from smooth as well as it had to be jump started quite a number of times. 5. Not forgetting, the so called boss also kept pushing us to get the “better” bike (even until the start of our ride) which was 100 bucks more. We only realised the reason after the life -threatening experiences! 6. I understand the risk of an adventurous sports. The least you could do is service and maintain the bikes regularly for the safety of the users and be honest about it if its not done! 7. On top of the traumatic flashes of watching the bike fall off the cliff, we were also contacted later in the evening to pay some compensation for the bike’s and farm damage due to the crash(which they could only find after we left). 8. We refuse to give a penny of course, as in fact, they should be the one who should be giving us a refund for that awful experience! 9. In short, if you still want to give them a try, please make sure at least the break is working fine especially in a steep slope! (you can check out the images of my finger blistered and injury due to the faulty braking system, also the breakdowns and view during the ride)
