★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room and place are nice got private toilet and big space suitable for gathering. Price quite affordable considering the large spaces. But the only problem is the staff! VERY NOT FRIENDLY AND RUDE!! I went there by booking and its my first time coming here. Show the staff my email confirmation and she mad at me for showing that email and says i should show the room booking instead. And when i shows my room she just give me the mic cover and says take 9 drinks and didnt even bother to show us the room? Not only that she didnt even says which direction to go. ITS OUR FIRST TIME HERE AND I FELL VERY UNWELCOME DESPITE BEING A PAYED CUSTOMER! I NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF TREATMENT BEFORE!! PLS TRAINED YOUR STAFF HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER VERY VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE HERE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with very cheap packages from 2 pm onward, the audio system was spectacular and they used wireless microphones as well. There is also a toilet in the karaoke booth itself, and the light decorations make the experience much better.

The sounds system are great. Lot of updated song list.
Very recommended. Money worthy.
You able to walk in during the day, but have to book in first for the night.
Overall I'll give 8 out of 10.
