★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a broken holder and when ask them to replace, they dont have the stock.. asking for refund, no Password cz they are normal staff.. cannot void any transaction. Just give money and get nothing to use. Useless shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 pcs of 'fast-charging' cables on 2 different dates (21 Dec and 28 Dec 2018), was told that warranty for both are 2 months (it was even stated on the receipts). I even applied for member card during last purchase thinking that I was indeed going to be a regular customer there. Unfortunately, I already changed my mind. Here's the reason why.
Yesterday @ 28 February 2019, ngam2 2 months after purchasing, one of the cables turned faulty so I went to the shop hoping to replace it with a new one. Sadly I was told that they need the packaging box back in order for the replacement to be valid. I was shocked because I was NOT being informed at all when I purchased both cables — twice, at different times! One of the staff told me that I might have "salah dengar", but I politely was querying since very unlikely I misheard the 'requirement' at two separate times of purchase. When I was rationalizing further (while perhaps being a bit stern myself), the guy staff sarcastically said "akak kena la hormat staf saya..", I just felt offended and straightaway I asked him, "Ada ke saya kurang ajar? Ada ke saya tinggi suara dekat you all? Saya cakap baik2 kan.." There are several other things being said between us but I just chose to leave with extreme frustration not because I couldn't get the replacement, but the way the staff was acting. Sangat mengecewakan bagi saya untuk tengok pekerja-pekerja bangsa sendiri, melayan pelanggan sebegitu rupa. Agak sombong dalam kelembutan semasa bercakap. Niat saya nak support perniagaan Melayu, DAN saya bukannya orang yang tak biasa dengan customer service jadi kejadian yang berlaku semalam membuatkan saya berubah fikiran tentang Jom Gadget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just hire some random kid to do the job as shop assistant. First time come to repair iphone 8 but were mistaken as iphone 6 lol. Another time came to install screen protector, but the screen were scratch. Worker do replacement yet still scratch. He said "Oh memang dah calar screen asal". It's not the same area as before since we're not monitoring his work. Are u fvcking kidding me? Malas nak argue so just pay for it. There's no 3rd time for sure.. #BMF? You just failed me ?

Varities of handphone accessories n gadgets is available. The service here is not too bad. Got myself a hp cover for my Samsung. Prices here is reasonable.
