★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have participated SpongeBob SquarePants virtual run - Christmas Edition in Nov 2021 and up to date (26 March), yet to receive my entitlements. I cannot understand the entitlements could delayed for 4 months compared to other platform. Really doubt on their efficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to my recent phone glitch problem my JomRun apps got deleted and i had to reinstall again, forgot my ail used to login. So all my registered events became missing. Got in touch with JomRun Customer Service Team and they were very helpful to assist and finally managed to resolve my issue. Now all is back to normal and so glad as i have few coming events i registered for my runs/ cycle to automatically track with the JomRun Apps.
Thank you to the team for a the wonderful help, assistance to get it corrected. ??????
