β β β β β Saw alot videos advertised this shop and give it a try to visit!
Very interesting place that can see how salted egg was processed but too bad no production on going when I visit that time. It's really cheaper than outside whrn you buy by boxes (50biji).
I got 2 boxes fresh salted egg from the owner with reasonable price.. lady boss was also a friendly person!

β β β β β I was brought here by a friend because of their Salted Eggs. I did not purchase the Salted duck eggs but chanced on their century eggs.
It was good. Very close to the best in Hong Kong like those serve in Yung Kee AT Wellington Street. The yolk is gooey and that's the way it should be for century eggs. The white has become tea colour and almost transparent. It looked clean and clear.
The flavour is subtle, not overpowering. The hit from the urea was nuance. The yolk was sticky, but the white that has become light tea colour was soft and wobbly but held together by some I visible force ready to combine with the yolk to give that hit and impact very few foods can offer.

β β β β β Very friendly family run salted egg, century egg factory who sell duck egg kaya and rojak sauce. Worth visiting if you have kids which could be very educational by understanding how salted egg is made. From the filtering of the egg size (grading) to the mix of salt and red soil to how the eggs or coated to pack into boxes. All under one roof. Very friendly owner, a 77 years old grandma explaining to you when the salted egg can be consumed etc. Cheap to buy in bulk as gift back home. Parking is easy either in front of the shop/factory or at the road side. Come 8-5pm if you want to view the whole processes of how they produce salted egg. Groups are welcome too as it is quite spacious in there.

β β β β β The store is at the corner of the road. Need to drive slow or not will be missed it. The parking slot is less. I parked at the construction area at opposite site. The cashier boy is friendly and very patient. He explained that the date on the box is the manufacture date of salted egg. Need to wait for two weeks just can eat.
