★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satu tas saya berisi laptop, charger , mouse, dll. Hilang tidak diganti dan tidak ada itikad baik JPI Malaysia dan JPI Indonesia. Sudah saya kasih bukti no. Resi dan bukti foto kehilangan dari kurir yang antrr barang saya ke rumah juga tidak ada respon.
Saya tidak pernah kasih bintang 1 kepada siapapun selama ada itikad baik dan bertanggung jawab. Tapi ini sudah lebih dari 3 bulan sejak barang saya terima mulai dari bulan februari sampai akhir Mei tidak ada kabar sama sekali.
One of my bags contains a laptop, charger, mouse, etc. Lost is not replaced and there is no good faith JPI Malaysia and JPI Indonesia. I have given proof no. Receipt and photo evidence of loss from the courier who delivered my goods to my house also no response.
I have never given 1 star to anyone as long as there is good faith and responsibility. But it's been more than 3 months since I received my goods from February to the end of May, there is no news at all.
