★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonder why JPJ chose a (corner) shop lot to do their business rather than what would be expected of them as a widely recognized public institution to be within a purpose built property. Still, the aforesaid notwithstanding, this rather busy branch was very accommodating to senior citizens who needn't wait more than a minute after being given the number ticket. Businesses in the surrounding area must surely be thankful for their very presence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plan ahead first n better come in morning. You have to queue first and there are 3 different lines for 3 different matters. Im not sure how the inside que as i only went there to collect my license coz i paid it online. So the staff there took my payment proof n ic, n im just waited outside until i got my new license. And please do not wear shorts as you cannot enter the place with improper clothes. It happened to uncle in front of me.

Just wanted to print grant using auto-machine. Still denied entry.
