Especially Ah Choy (If my spelling is correct), which I believe is the Head, he provided us a very clear explanation and solution on every single problem about my aircon and the bad installation which was done by other contractor before. Thank you JS aircon, I'll definitely will back to you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responded fast. 2 guys came the next day and were able to fix the problem and give us a quote (Everything they needed was already in the truck) in the same day (air con from upstairs leaking through the ceiling to the living room). They explained the problem clearly and advised two solutions although the concealed one was ruled out later due to how our house was built. In the end, the solution was exposed piping (with shielding) and they did it as neatly as possible. Even sealing (caulking) the hole from both inside and outside for the water to drain outside. They took care to clean up afterwards too. Highly recommended. The price they quoted was reasonable too.
