★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service ?? ni bukan first time kena, tapi third time okay, .. Sekali OK la fikir positive, second time mybe dia penat, third time yes tak dapat terima dan memang betul bad service ?? Dan bila on call rude gila, walk in okay sikit tapi tetap bad service & cannot accept lah... Bad.. Bad... So overall 1star... Kalau boleh I tak nak bagi star langsung.
 Very very bad service ?? this is not the first time hit, but third time okay, .. Once OK he thinks positive, second time mybe he is tired, third time yes he can't accept and it's really bad service ?? And when on call rude crazy , walk in okay a little but still bad service & can't accept it ... Bad .. Bad ... So overall 1star ... If possible I don't want to share a star directly

Walaupun kedai yg salah label di rack tapi tak boleh tukar even you baru keluar dari kdai..tauke jenis tak blh consider.. i ok klu dia x bagi tukar barang kek. Tapi tray rm29.90.. baru kluar kedai je pun ? dia salah label di rack.. i nak bayar lebih sikit pun dia x nak.. better ke kedai cake lain.. Ada banyak kedai menjual bahan cake sini. patut tak de orang masuk sini.. ? slalu beli kat kedai kek depan tapi hari ni saje nak beli sini.. i takkan masuk sini dah.. bye
Hati2 buy goods here ... Do not just look at the label on the rack .. Although the store has the wrong label on the rack but can not change even you just came out of the store .. tauke type can not consider .. i ok klu he x to change goods cake. But tray rm29.90 .. just came out of the shop ? he mislabeled the rack .. i want to pay a little more he x want .. better to another cake shop .. There are many shops selling cake ingredients here. No one should come in here .. ? always buy at the next cake shop but today I just want to buy here .. I will not come in here .. bye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services. Last time dtg beli mini coco crunch rasa lipas. Dtg complained dia ckp mmg rasa mcm tu. Dah la tak bg ganti dia suruh beli lg yg baru.
Pastu td dtg bawa anak² dh mmg kuar bawa anak so singgahlah ingt nak beli coklat beryl's. Bole dia halau mcm tu je ckp budak tak bole masuk. So saya ckp mcm mana anak nak letak mana. Dia bole ckp u hantar la anak blk pstu dtg blk. So saya ckp jauh la rumah. Letak luar la dia ckp. Saya ckp bahaya la nnti org bawa lari anak. Saya suruh dia tunggu dkt pintu saja ya (tp belah dlm). Seboleh² dia ckp tak bole sbb anak u takde vaksin mana tau ada covid. So rude. Sombong gilerr taukeh cina ni. Hari tu staff melayu dia pon sombong gila. Haih boikot la kedai ni!!!! RUDE!!!!
Very bad services. Last time I bought a mini coco crunch cockroach flavor. Dtg complained he ckp mmg taste mcm tu. He didn't change it, he told me to buy a new one.
Then don't bring children ² dh mmg kuar bring children so stop by and remember to buy beryl's chocolate. If he drives me away, then the boy can't come in. So I ckp mcm where the child wants to put where. He can ckp u send la anak blk pstu dtg blk. So I'm far from home. Put it outside the ckp. I ckp danger la nnti org bring child run. I told him to wait by the door (but inside). Seboleh² he ckp tak bole sbb anak u takde vaksin mana tau ada covid. So rude. Sombong gilerr taukeh cina ni. That day the Malay staff was a crazy arrogant pound. Hey boycott this shop !!!! RUDE !!!!

Owner kedai yang speak rudely tak boleh bincang langsung. I wonder how pekerja dia boleh kerja sini. Dengan customer langsung tak mesra pelanggan. No even worth 1 star.
DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND OTHERS TO COME HERE. BETTER GO OTHER SHOP.
