★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a week waiting at last this contractor make an appmt to see my hse on Sun 13/1 @ 9:30am. When whtsapp on Sat 12/1 to reconfirm the appmt was told she need to reschedule appmt to 12pm same day. Again on Sun 13/1 while waiting was told by phone call that she is coming later @ after 1pm.. Pls honour your words & treat all customer/potential customer equally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever contractor I've come across in terms of after sales service!! Cut corners and screwed up job and then ignored my messages. Initially very warm and accommodating but when job was 'done' and money collected, nothing is ever heard from them. If you're looking for contractors that develop relationships, customers' trust & satisfaction, they are certainly not the one!! JS C & R was supposed to fix a ceiling fan foundation in the false plaster ceiling but when my ceiling fan electrician came, he found there were no fan foundation installed. When I contacted Sharon, she just ignored my messages. There's no response from her up till now (4th Sep 2018). My rating for her, minus zero! Yeah not even a zero!!! (Note: I cannot post this review without giving a star. So I'm compelled to give a star rating even though they don't deserve one bit!!!)
