1. Waiting for 1 hours to get the food.
2. Bad service. Not checking order properly.
3. Bad staff behavior. Throw extra spoon n folk at middle workstation in the store after deliver the food to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well decorated char koey teoww restaurant. Spacious with children playground. Alas, the char koey teow doesn’t as tasty as the decoration. All in all its a good place to hangout with friends and family. Nice tune played too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 1st time there.the kids was too hungry that they cannot till we arrive back home.After passing Petron we saw the restaurant.so we said why not..the orangey n yellowish signboard was calling..haha.
Took our temp and registered mysejahtera.
Then we were stopped by the friendly cashier to browse tru the menu so he can take our orders..wah!!..1st time..kinda rushed us as there was somebody behind us.
Cincai menu fried rice..easy..the ambience was nice.very dimmed for afternoon with the sun still high up.panas a bit.the food svc fast.good size portion.free flow h2o..self svc k.palyground..toilet was clean.lepak n gosipping corner..the price..hmm..didnt like the price..not used to pay at a restaurant for that kind of amount.easy parking n wheelchair parking right at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant branch place is strategic, decorative and contemporary interior design, very wide range of options of food besides the char kuey teow, such as fried rice, western and much more, staff is very efficient and friendly, the foods prepared very quick.
However the chicken char kuey teow we ordered is quite bland & almost tasteless. No option of adding chili pickle, they just add it right away on the top. And the buttered chicken fried rice is bland too, they just poured maybe a spoonful of butter milk on top of the pop fried chicken. I think it is not worth the price RM12.90. Maybe they short staff, they look overworked.
