β β β β β Even though customer service is good, but we were not informed that the tiles that we are buying are Grade B! Meaning the tiles can be uneven.
Now after my contractor has fixed the tiles in my kitchen, the sides and gaps are so uneven and will even trip our toes when walking!!! ?
Please ask and check the grade first before buying the tiles from this place!!! Lesson learnt!!!

The staff showed me patiently from budget range to mid range to premium range. Highly recommended for the excellent customer service + wide choice of tiles.
