★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unfriendly owner and staffs. Not once, but almost during every visit. And i can see a few comments here regarding that. The new place is clean and more organised but i cant guarantee the cleanliness of the warehouse as i once bought sunflower seeds during the time when they only open for delivery and pick up and i received my sunflower seeds with the plastic bag that has been bitten by mice. Definitely not going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff, thought the lady boss will be treating customers well but just as bad as the staff. AVOID THIS PLACE! I would rather go Bake with Yen in Eng Ann (a bit further but much better experience and service there, NOT AN AD/SPONSORED)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow as hell even with no customer at cashier. Takes forever to pay. The counter chinese lady is so damn rude when you ask for a product like chasing away. 3rd time here still the same attitude and bad customer service. Closes bakery to my house but never coming back here anymore. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visit this outlet on my wife's bff recomendations (who incidently is a fulltime bakerist supplying bread, buns, various cakes n Bread [local Malay n Western] to Boarding Schools n Hostels]). Easily located and not among crowded shop houses as others we've been to, besides spacious layout. Ample parking spaces too. Customers seems to come and go uniterruptedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A one stop centre in fact. Even today, 9-Oct-2020 went to get cookies stuffs. You get everything. They sell even the famous amos chocolate chip cookies.
