โ โ โ โ โ Township residential design looks good. Lacks commercial elements. Very near to Nottingham University. Suitable for retirement. Quite deep inside Semenyih, next to Broga Hill.

โ โ โ โ โ There were 1001 expo ( we bare bear)at sales gallery. Only open in weekend until 3 September 2017. Link house and rumah teres will be built before 2021. The price range is between 600k to 900k. The smallest house area will be 20 x 75, biggest will be 30 x 62.
Super duper hot while visiting the expo. Very low shade in the area. Please bring umbrella along.

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful place to be but the workmanship is horrible. Rectify by developer more than 3 times on the roof leaking and still not resolve. Once you start your reno then they will blame on your hacking that cause it to crack. Their building is made of clay i think. Buy cannot reno. Horrible n terrible for the price they selling.

โ โ โ โ โ Eco Forest is a nice place to stay because its resemblance a Europe house style like in Australia but for Indonesian, they said they feel like staying in birds house. Majority cleaners in Eco Forest are illegal foreigners (Indonesian, Myanmar, Rohingya, Bangladesh) some using tourist pass and overstayed. Malaysian worker who worked there, the cleaning subcontract (DCS Maju Sdn Bhd) did not pay the worker wages up till now even the worker had submitted her account. No wonder no Malaysian work as a cleaner. Malaysian company abused their right not because Malaysian are choosy but they were not paid according to Labor Law 1955.
