★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I rate as 2 stars, it would be too unfair.. I bought 2 + 3 sofa, bed, mattress and 2 cupboards / wardrobes.. They told me to inform them in advance (2 weeks) for them to process all items.. I expected receive the items in the middle of April.. However, receive it late of April.. The main issue is 1 wardrobe for my room, the door is not fit (small)..They promised to complete it before raya..and now already after raya.. Still not settle.. Need to chase and remind them several times.. It's better to confirm with them how they process for each item..
Update: They complete their job on 23rd May..the owner apologized for the inconvenience caused..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thumbs up to the Malay girl at the counter today. She was very helpful, not pushy and truly understand customers needs and budget. She even gave good advice on matching colour. After 30 minutes consultation regarding the TV cabinet i decided to keep it on hold first. She didn't force or change the way she treated me. She even asked me if i want to see anything else. This kind od customer service is rare! I finally got the dressing table from here. The main reason i bought it is just to appreciate her effort! By the way she entertained us up to 7.25 even though the shop should be closed at 7pm. Thank you so much girl.
