Getting almost every baking ingredients and utensils is so much convenient. Sometimes, I just WhatsApp them to check if the item I wanted is available at the store before I physically go there for buy.
They accept cash and cashless transaction to facilitate your purchase.
Behind the counter are some friendly people who you can refer if not sure of products that you aquire.
For those wheelchair bound, the shop entrance and aisle is a little narrow but I'm sure the staff can assist to their level best.
