★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i tak suggest lah spa ni cuz i tengok kening kawan i senget and service pun teruk. Nak sales lebih sampai tipu kawan i then twist cerita. staff dengan bos sama je.
I do not suggest this spa cuz I see my friend's forehead is slanted and service is bad. Want more sales to deceive friends i then twist the story. staff with the same boss je.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis terbaik. Rasa macam cerewet sangat pulak. Tapi beautician layan je ikut request. Ye lah, kening semi permanent kan. Beautician bagi alter semula.
5 star untuk servis dan layanan.
Best service. Feeling we have 'Run out of gas' emotionally. But beautician service je follow request. Ye lah, eyebrows are semi permanent right. Beautician for alter again.
5 stars for service and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience ever , book appointment then kena tunggu 30-40 minutes . Admin bagi estimate time 1 sesi 2 hours but i think supposedly bagi clear kat customer yang 1 sesi ambik 2 to 3 hours depends on customer skin. So customer boleh reschedule appointment lain bukan bagi harapan 10-15 minutes after 30 minutes pun tak habis lagi. Plus staff buat kening tak balance . Senget sebelah . Then contact admin and owner , cakap pun lain lain. At first kata boleh fix then bila datang kena tunggu mengelupas. Bazir masa . Kena datang 3-7 days even ada hal and dah bagitahu owner , and takde any problem with that . At first owner macam memahami , last last hambar je. So datang next ingat staff nak fix , consult apa semua takde, means terangkanlah dekat your customer should fix or touchup. Ni tak, buat macam 1st datang then kena charge (padahal owner kata on her sebab staff yang buat tak betul) . Tapi bila dah buat tiba tiba cakap lain. Maybe im too fussy , so bila buat dekat tempat yang ala kadar , tak titik beratkan experience staff so banyak tak memuaskan. Really disappointed with just beauty service . So last sekali, if boleh make it clear dengan your customer so biar takde salah faham on the next day. Thanks.
Bad experience ever, book an appointment then have to wait 30-40 minutes. So customers can reschedule another appointment not for the expectation of 10-15 minutes after 30 minutes is not over yet. Plus staff for unbalanced eyebrows. Tilt to the side. Then contact admin and owner, talk about something else. At first the word can be fixed then when it comes have to wait for peeling. Bazir masa. Must come 3-7 days even there is something and I told the owner, and there will be no problem with that. At first owner kind of understood, last last bland je. So come next remember staff want to fix, consult what all is not, means explain near your customer should fix or touchup. Ni tak, make like 1st come then get charged (even though the owner said on her because the staff did it wrong). But when I did, I suddenly said something else. Maybe im too fussy, so if you make it near a place that is like a rate, there is no point in emphasizing the experience of the staff so much is not satisfactory. Really disappointed with just beauty service. So lastly, if you can make it clear with your customer so let me not misunderstand on the next day. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time doing my lashes here, appointment was supposed to be at 3.30pm and one of the worker called to postponed a bit late and apologised which is very professional of them :) Also kudos to the one who did my eyelash extension as she is the one who suggested the suitable style for my eyeshape and by far she is the ONLY one who can make my eyes looked popped up. Overall the place is clean and arranged. Highly appreciate their friendly and kind presence. They deserved a raise! Will gladly stop by again for other treatments, good job ♥️
