We signed up for the corporate as well as personal lines from Maxis through Justel before Christmas and our lines were just activated a few days ago. Till today, we are still waiting for the phones from the Maxis package. Will definitely not to have any dealing with this company anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me 4 months time to downgrade the line and yet still NOT DONE! The reason given from the agent is "Wait Wait Wait, downgrade takes time" but wait for 4 months and nothing could be done??!!! The renewal contract I signed on April, and I received the contract that e-mailed by your admin on 4 August to reconfirm for the renewal line is signed on 11th July??!! How dare you changed and edit our contract???? This is ridiculous!!!!
