Time arranged was 10am but only turn up just before 3pm. I was standing at the guard house waiting for their arrival to ensure everything is smooth for them, registration and parking destination, since 10am until afternoon. Keep saying on the way, 20 mins, soon, called to ask for direction sound like they are nearby but I waited until almost 3pm.
Paid for lorry plus driver and 2 worker but only lorry and driver came. Explained that payment made for 3 ppl even though the job clearly stated to move 3 items only, which is dining table, queen size bed frame and a safe box. Photo of items and safe box type are attached upon signing up for their service. I paid for more worker so that its not difficult for them. Only one came and confidently wanted to move all by himself.
I insist for him to call for some help and we had to wait for an hour for another man to arrived. 4 pm and we have not move a thing.
Did not bring any tools at all. Clearly stated that dismantle service needed.
Horrible Horrible Horrible.
Items reached at the new place full of scratches and my marble dining table - 360 degree all around it chipped. Workers roll my marble table on the floor. Not a word of sorry and clearly they dont care. No body care. Not the management, not the customer service just no body.
They could not move my safe deposit box when their customer service confidently tell me that 2 worker can carry my 200kg safe box. Told her its impossible but yet she is filled wt super confident power. I hope Just Lorry contact me as I can show you the screen shot of our conversation.
Until today no apology from Just Lorry. No reimbursement of my payment for the worker that did not turn up. Not even an acknowledgement that my furniture got scratches marks and chipped.
