 Really poor service. The call has been going straight for 2 days and no one answered. It would be better to close the business. Give me a star in my eyes. Not even a star. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I would like to say that this Pharmacy has been good to me for most of the time with no problems. I get Micardis+ in 3 month supplies, plus I buy a lot of supplements for when I work out (Beet Powder, Ginger root, Protein bars). I have always been pleased with what they provide and the price....However I am highly disappointed in how I was treated, especially as I felt I knew the people here and always chatted with them as I came regularly.... On to the incident...
I am prescribed a "new" medicine here in Malaysia (Have been taking in USA for years). This medicine is to help me with medical issue I have, which I find embarrassing (ADHD). Needless to say, I turn in the prescription, and a tall Chinese man and small Chinese woman (Both with very good English) start whispering. She comes back and hands me the prescription and indicates I have to go elsewhere to get it filled. I figure they're out of stock, and think its Ok. I will just go somewhere else....We start to look at some supplements and hair products while we are there and notice a Chinese woman is following us. She then very Rudely says "Can I see your prescription again?" I say sure and hand it to her....she looks at it, hands it back and asks if she can help us...I say we are fine, and she just stands there looking at us....We eventually just ignore her and get the hair product my wife wants and head to the front register (She follows us)...when we check out, she says directly to me "Why are you here?"....I look at my wife and say "My wife"...."Where do you work?" she directly asks after that....She continues these interrogative questions until I left....I have never been more embarrassed or felt like I was being racially judged in my life until this place.
Maybe they had a bad day? I try not to judge people, but Wow....I will come back again to see if someone nicer can fill my prescriptions. but if not i'll make sure to take my business elsewhere and warn others.
I will Update my review accordingly, depending on my next few visits if this was just a fluke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this pharmacy just awhile ago with my American husband. We are regulars here for his hypertensive medications and we have never had a problem until just now. I would like to mention here that I am a registered nurse with a well known hospital background and I know every inch about treating my patients/customers well.However, when we came earlier with a new prescription for Adderall,we were immediately treated negatively.She then followed us around the aisle as if we were stealing things. Also,at the counter she interrogated my husband asking him “where are you from? Why are you here? What do you do for work? Why do you need this medication? (Mind you,she did not smile throughout the time we were there and I am not exaggerating when I said that she was interrogating)
I believe there are other ways to ask a customer without being rude and interrogating them. Learn to create a good rapport with your customers especially if they are regulars.
