โ โ โ โ โ My 1st visit. In all honesty, this hotel deserve a 4.5 (since dont have .5 so i put 5) here is what I LIKE (standard room with window RM68);
#Friendly staff
#Value for money rate
#Clean room
#Good bed and comes with 4 pillows (my room that is)
#Plenty of parking bays
#Got park infront of hotels
#Near petrol pump
#Food is nearby, but with transport can go into town
#toilet is clean and acceptable, even thou the pipe is exposed and abit akward for my liking.
HOWEVER
#AIRCOND FILTER DIRTY! had to clean it myself (yes im an aircond guy.. didnt call staff coz i can do it myself.. the point is house keeping need to check every time clean room) this is the only drawback of this review. In all of my visit to hotels (excluding high end hotels on my other acc review) very few that have clean aircond filter which reflects the work ethic of the house keeping crew.
But in the hotel defence, i can see that they are in the process of upgrading the rooms and services. Outside the hotel, i saw boxes of new aircond units and old (bad luck i got the old one) other then that this hotel deserve a visit and gets my solid 4.5 ?

โ โ โ โ โ We stopped here one night, the double room was a good size, the bed nice and comfortable, the air conditioner cooled well and everything was very clean. There are a number of restaurants very close by and Pearl City Mall a longer walk or short drive away. We would not hesitate to stop here again.

โ โ โ โ โ Having my short nap with my family. Check-in around 4am. Limited parking but still can park, the room is clean, have safety box, flat screen but no mineral water. Staff is friendly. The rooms price still affordable. Fare with what I paid.

Just the water pressure was low.
