β β β β β I was asked to sit in the salon for one hour when I made an appointment at 3.30pm. Finally, when I was attended to at 4.30pm, the lady who works there cannot explain to me in English, kept speaking in chinese language, was unhelpful and I ended up leaving. If you want to waste your time with unprofessional behaviour you can definitely pay this place a visit.

β β β β β Was thinking of giving it a try since it has a high rating. But it was a total mess and consider it as my worst haircut for the past 10years. Didnt know cutting a guy's short hair could be so problematic and impatient for the 'senior hairstylist'. Undecisive cut, imbalance height, a rather rough service. The hair washing lady was ok, the star should be dedicated for her. I don't know about ladies treatment but for guys who don't want to mess their hair up, dont come.

β β β β β This is my second visit to do keratin hair treatment at k-artistry hair studio, its was really good and really long-lasting, the price is affordable and service is good. Will come here again ! Higher recommend , can looking for kenneth and RUBY , they are very helpful and friendly ?

I had damaged hair, and when i took the professional hair cut (Katherine) she was soo good to handle & give advice on my hair cutting style & trimmed my hair accordingly as not causing more damage to my hair in future. Staffs are very friendly & polite..Keep Up the good service..Highly recommended.
