★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place with great features, big hall, presentable furnitures but have A LOT TO IMPROVE especially PEOPLE skills among the staff. Was at the entrance and 20 minutes no one came to ask anything. Seems like we have to go and search for people who are employees. A guy in black passed by me and I thought he was working there. Apparently he was a guest. Seems like the guest passed me more often than the real employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for big events like wedding etc. Large enough for big number of guests. Exterior and interior is nice and convenience though you need to worry a bit with parking spaces

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gonna be my first and last dining at K castle steakhouse. Very bad service and the menu almost not all available. Really bad service and we wait for 2 hours just to experience this! The price is too pricey for a so-so food. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience being here in k castle . Make reservations for mothers day. After 2 and half hour food not being served!!! Funniest part is the male supervisor not even come and say sorry when i voice out about my complaint , the supervisor straight away run away!! Left the staff to say sorry.. i feel embarrassed for their services.. i wont go there again.. and didnt recommend this shop!!!!! Me and whole family go home without eating because after 2 and half hours waiting we asked . They didnt even start to prepare our food!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 1.5 hours for the food to come after several confusions between the staff. When the food did come, an RM376 A5 Japanese Wagyu steak and an RM48 Wagyu burger came in cold. The steak was also requested as medium but came in as rare instead. Maybe it was a bad night for the restaurant but it was my first time here, so I cannot recommend this steak house when there are better choices not that far off from here.
