A proper management will address the issue with an apology and then say โWe will try to improve ourselves to better serve you in future.โ
The comment below was posted by my friends who witnessed the incident among a dozen people there and clearly saw how badly I was treated. And to be clear, I followed up by calling the HQ after 2 days because nobody did from your side earlier.
Just because I followed up with you, doesnโt mean I should write you a fantastic 5 Star review. Reviews are based on real incidents. We are not going to fake it for your convenience. You should take it as it is and improve yourself. Donโt expect us to sugarcoat.

Kgrocer Supervisor Lin called and apologised on behalf of her staffs and assured things will be better managed in future. It was kind and professional of her to take the responsibility and my double payment issue was also solved as of today. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Bought a few items, after paid, i checked the resit to find out they scanned something i didnt buy.
Told them about it, and they say you have to either take the additional scanned item or take other item worth the price, can't refund cause Boost.
