★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good selection of good quality pet food. They have Tuscan Natural dry food, Urbanwolf, Nutram wet food etc. The owner is good. Spent time to search for suitable criteria for my cat. He has good knowledge on products, products history and ingredients suitable for cats. Prices are good. Highly recommended. Parking is not easy. And they can be overwhelm with online orders. However, I come all the way because of the prices, good brands that can be hard to find in other places and honesty from the owner. Please take note on their opening hours as 1pm to 9.30pm. Opening hours in google are incorrect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provide variety of cat things with much cheaper price than other store. They sell cat accesories too! Got a royal canin (kitten 2kg) for only 58rm, and ofcourse its cheaper than other stores ?

Very good place to visit and buy their good. The customer service is top notch. We want to try new kibble, and malay staff (i dont remember his name, but tall one) help me to suggest the brands that suitable for my cat. He also very high in knowledge and understood when i said Im afraid if the repack kibbles is not fresh (soggy/lemau) due to exposure to the outside. Hence, he help to repack new kibbles, which is another 4 petshops beforehand doesnt provide this service.
Due to good service, at the counter, i bought another products (with another male staff, which is also good in customer service) and doesnt mind to subscribe as new member with this petshop. Definitely will come again

Very bad experience i just bought frontline for kutu to apply for my kittens and i do mention my kittens are only one month old and they recommend it and they said its very good and my kittens died and staff said the dose is not high its only for pengsan kan kutu dah la jual tak bagitau the right way and claim i dont know how to apply? You think i dont know how to read? Or i want to kill my kittens? If youre not sure dont sell it! Thank you so much for your good experience staff! Really appreciate it!
