β β β β β They actually asked me to leave the car for a week and charged me for something that didn't go wrong. I had to tow my car to another place to get this mess cleaned up. Terrible service. There's a male receptionist who is extremely rude to customers.

β β β β β The boss who repairs the car is very good! Such a big problem solved me, otherwise I had to spend tens of thousands of RM into big repair shop. Thanks to the boss for his serious work and service attitude.

β β β β β Sent in my F30 for steering rack issue. After whole day at workshop, knocking sound still exist. Then came the most stupid/silly comments from the boss, βitβs like that one, BMW F30/F10 all got this steering soundβ.
Itβs that a stupid comment? Even a Myvi doesnβt have that sort of steering knocking sound, and yet the boss said is normal.
Then I decided to send my car to my trusted workshop. With RM450, all problem fixed.
Donβt waste time and money at this workshop.

β β β β β Soon, the boss was formerly a mechanic at BMW Glenmarie before he started on his own. His place is one of those equipped with he same BMW electronic analysis equipment so this greatly helps service BMW cars. Always full of cars there so best to fix appointment. He is very knowledgeable and humble hence can advise clearly probably because he has a wealth of experience
