★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request for a quotation with the sales person in Whatsapp and she gave me the pricing. Then I request it with a official quotation. I quite disappoint with the way she reply was quite rude whereby she told it already given in Whatsapp and why still requesting for official quotation. FYI bosses do not entertain a price listing via SMS, Email or Whatsapp unless the company dont practice to provide quotation such as hardwares and this should know well by a ISO standard company. So I prefer not to continue the conversation further with this sales person.
