★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak mesra pelanggan warga emas yang buta IT. Salahkan pelanggan (warga emas) kerana tiada Whatsapp untuk berhubung, padahal butiran no tel sudah diberi. Menjadikan ketiadaan aplikasi whatsapp untuk berhubung dengan pelanggan sebagai satu alasan, justeru menggambil keputusan untuk terus mencetak final draft kad kahwin tanpa menunjukkan/menelefon pelanggan terlebih dahulu. Apabila terdapat kesalahan “typing error” pada kad, pihak kad station tidak mahu bertanggungjawab dan terus menyalahkan pelanggan (warga emas) kerana tidak memiliki aplikasi Whatsapp untuk beehubung.
Unfriendly IT blind customer. Blame subscribers (senior citizens) for no Whatsapp to communicate, but no tel details have been given. Making the absence of whatsapp applications to connect with customers as a reason, thus making the decision to continue to print the final draft of the wedding card without showing / calling the customer first. When there is a "typing error" error on the card, the station card does not want to be responsible and continue to blame the customer (senior citizens) for not having any Whatsapp application to be connected.
