★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note that the sales gallery, club house and swimming pool are to be demolished once the last percint is due for completion by 2025 to 2026 so it is not a permanent features for this percint in which there are about 6 phases of construction. However, MKH or Metro Kajang Holding, the developer has come out with a good town ship here with the majority of the properties being double storey houses of land size 20x 70 and 22 x75, which are very well built and therefore, offers good value for money. These are freehold properties with individual titles except those located in Percint 2, where Kajang East's club facilities are located, which are under strata title with JMB's management. For those who are interested in semi-detached houses, you will be disappointed to know that there are in total less than 30 units here and these are all due to be launched in percint one where the tall water reservoir is located. Do drop by at the sales gallery to make a selection though. The developer's contractual obligation for completion is 36 months. [01 Jan 2020]
