Than suddenly the drill stop working, disappointed with how the person in charge treated me. Said cannot claim and gave like 100 excuses."Cover only motor, have to check yourself if confirm motor then can send back to supplier", is the main excuse. After long, voice rising, and smack table quarrels, he accepted the drill to pass to the supplier. Until now after a month still no update. When call "I don't know, supplier still not contact me." Stupid shop just want to sell, don't want to work.
