โ โ โ โ โ I had mee kuah daging and the taste is what I expect here in the Northern region. Very tasteful and price is reasonable. The place seems to be quite popular with the locals, for good reasons.

โ โ โ โ โ After seeing the viral video I decided to travel to Kulim for Kak Sue Mee Kuah Tulang. I always enjoy eating mee kuah but never try mee kuah tulang before. With the power of viral video - I took my wife and the kids for mee kuah tulang. Nothing better than to travel to a restaurant for something you never try before.
We had problems finding parking spot because the restaurant is located at the road fork without dedicated parking space. The restaurant serves variety of noodles and also other dishes. However, since the restaurant is famous for it mee kuah, we decided to order special mee kuah with gearbox, mee kuah ayam (chicken) and mee kuah daging (beef) and a plate of their mushroom fried rice.
I find their mee kuah was on the sweet side. In fact, it was too sweet for me. Mee kuah ayam was definitely a no-no. Chicken pieces definitely do noy go well with mee kuah. However, mee kuah daging and mee kuah gearbox - tasted the same. The gearbox version varies in price depending on the size of gearbox, may be. The one that we ordered cost RM26. To me it was ok because there are plenty of meat on the bone.
Overall, the mee kuah tulang was ok. I would have enjoyed it if it was not too sweet. So, will I travel to Kulim from Penang purposely for Kak Sue Mee Kuah? I donโt think so!

The gravy is great, noodle is also ok.
Unfortunately it was served just barely warm, the kitchen staff didnt bother to heat the meat properly. Due to this, the meat was hard and difficult to eat. End up really disappointed because paid a lot for this dish.
