β β β β β Ordered chicken tomyum, what came was tasteless broth with bits of chicken bones and skin, no flesh. Really disappointing.

β β β β β Worst experience ever received from a restaurant. We had to wait for more than an hour while the chef was serving other customers who came much later than us. It seems that they tend to be racist and prefer to serve the Chinese people first. The discrimination was so obvious that even the waiter apologized to us because of the chefβs behavior.
Apart from the above, food is average and a bit pricy.

β β β β β Surprised they call them self "restaurant". Bring not properly cooked smelly fish. I ordered grilled. Fish didn't taste at all... Taste was so horrible. Felt sick. That was so bad experience in first my wisiting day in Kuah. Fish was burned around and they didn't cook it inside properly. And good there was kitten walking around. Can give him some. For that needed pay 50 RM same like in restaurants. Same like in my hotel restaurant where food was tasty.

β β β β β One of the best nasi goreng kampung in my books. Their sotong goreng also good. Their service is fast. I can't remember how many times I have dined there but these two dishes are a must.

β β β β β They have best Limau Asam Boi that i ever drink. All foods tastes good. Very suitable to Indonesian tongue. I tried some other restaurants between Kak Yah, but Kak Yah tastes always be my favorite. They're also many local people that eats here.
