★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the authorized ninjavan drop off point. However, i experienced worse scenario over here. I dropped my parcel (purposely to exchange my clothes at zalora) on 17 jan. Waited for the workers to settle down my parcel about 15mins which is fine for me. No wonder zalora emailed me the parcel haven’t arrived yet. Rupanya they just created orders to submit to ninjavan on 31 jan. IMAGINE HOW FKING LONG THEYVE BEEN HOLDING MY PARCEL WITHOUT EVEN NOTICING ME. Do you think i got time to go there and ask about my parcel whereabouts? lol. I supposedly manage wear my clothes to my cuzy’s wedding on chinese new year but this kedai eventually ruined everything. sorry gotta rant. Do not ever use their service thankxx
