★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is almost like a secret cafe. From the outside, the dirty looking front door when opened is surprising. The cafe is bright, light and pleasant. Everything is self-service, including returning your tray to the servery. The shaved ice at about rm20 is relatively cheaper compared to other cafes but it's also smaller. This is great actually, so as not to waste food. The delivery presentation is super cute, through a window that disguises as a display shelf. The red bean dessert is yummy. The girls are friendly.
I would have given this a 4 star if the cleanliness is improved. The bathroom is very dirty, so it sends off alarm bells for what happens in the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Self service and no free water here. The matcha and hojicha roll cakes were good, not too sweet but the tea flavours weren’t super intense. Chizu-san shaved ice was pretty decent,an interesting combination of flavours. Overall kakiyuki is a good place for desserts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did takeaway from Kaiyuki Taman Paramount. The desserts were good and we had ice bowl, daifuku set and warabimochi. The syrup complemented the matcha mochi very well. Overall, all items were not too sweet and very fresh, just the thing when satisfying dessert cravings especially the daifuku

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overpriced. i rather go to Snowflake with their BIGGER bowls! your small bowl concept sucks! it’s as if you cannot afford to buy bigger bowls. i had the matcha bowl and it LACKS so much flavor. ? not recommended to go! aesthetic place to take pictures but desserts aren’t that good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place have been around and famous for the Japanese Kakigori dessert which is a Japanese Shaved Ice Dessert. However they have also a selection of mochi dessert which is my fav. Loved the colorful desserts which is best for for sharing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was very minimally esthetic, and there’s many selection for desserts too! Ordered the matcha set and everything tastes so pretty AND yummy, except that the anko was not soft and mushy as how I liked it. I prefer koshian, rather than tsubuan. Also, i went at night and I had trouble finding the place as it’s quite dark. But overall, I really enjoyed it!
Update: I went there again for their kakigori and mochi. Mochi was awesome, love the texture; the matcha and kinako powder was of good quality. I can’t say the same for their kakigori (pink mont blanc). I don’t know about the other flavours but the one I ordered was absolutely not enjoyable. I felt like I was eating frozen sugar water. I expected it to taste like strawberries, but no, it didn’t. There were cubes of cheesecake inside but it was hard and chewy, and there were (4 halves)strawberries too but it was terribly sour. My kakigori experience in Miru was much much much better.
Overall, I will return for everything else except for their kakigori.

Service: came 2 times to this outlet and both visited were very pleasant! Could say they hired the right staffs that are polite and thoughtful ? allowed us to shelter for rain while waiting for they to puasa and the other time were very kind enough to arrange a larger table for us
However the dessert will always be self service so must be careful
Dessert: will always order a different flavour every time I visit and have not disappointed me!
