Permandangan yg dikelilingi pokok kelapa..kwsan berpagar,katil tidur yg empuk...berdekatan dgn pasar ikan,berdekatan dengan pantai..15 minit ke lapangan terbang..7 minit ke umt dan unisza..
Rumah mempunyai 2 bilik tidur,2 bilik air..2 penghawa dingin di stiap bilik,ruang santai di luar yg nyaman

Clean, comfortable house, ample park space
Scenery surrounded by coconut trees..fenced kwsan, soft bed ... close to fish market, close to beach..15 minutes to airport..7 minutes to umt and unisza ..
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms..2 air conditioners in each room, a comfortable outdoor lounge
Also reasonably priced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: Rumah bersih selesa dan kelengkapan agak lengkap,keadaan dalam rumah macam serba baru cuma ada lampu bilik air yg tak hidup tp owner cepat² tukarkan,walaupun owner kata start operasi 2019,kedudukan yang strategik,dekat dgan pasar ikan dekat simpang,dekat dengan laut,dan bnyak kedai makan,terutama nya ICT,UCT,SCT,kedai roti canai sampai puku12 malam pun ada,.memang sesuai kalau sapa nak stay homestay ni. Owner encik zaidi pun peramah. Kolam untuk kanak² coming soon..masih dlm proses.
Cont : keadaaan sekeliling rumah agak gelap waktu malam,mungkin dalam proses untuk letak lampu pagar,lampu jalan pn tiada..so kalau sampai area malam,agak tercari²..itu shaja. ?
Pros: The house is clean, comfortable and the equipment is quite complete, the condition in the house is brand new, there is only a bathroom light that is not on, but the owner is quick to change, although the owner said to start operations in 2019, strategic position, close to the fish market near the junction, close to the sea , and many restaurants, especially ICT, UCT, SCT, roti canai shops until 12 o'clock at night, .it is suitable if anyone wants to stay in this homestay. Owner Mr. Zaidi is also friendly. Pool for children coming soon..still in the process.
Cont: the situation around the house is a bit dark at night, maybe in the process of placing the fence lights, there are no street lights..so if you get to the night area, it's a bit wanted²..that's all. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner baik hati tlg belikan air kelapa sbb family ada yg demam.. homestay cantik sangat2 .. semua lengkap , ade water heater , periuk nasi, iron pinggan mangkuk , tv , sofa , meja makan.. sepanjang menyewa tu mmg takde ape yg kurang... Kalau dtg ganu , maybe kitorang pilih lg homestay ni.. mmg terbaik , dekat je dgn pantai n tmpt makan.. boleh jalan kaki sambil rasa angin pantai..
Owner is kind enough to buy coconut water, the family has a fever .. very beautiful homestay2 .. all complete, ade water heater, rice cooker, dish iron, tv, sofa, dining table .. as long as you rent it, there is nothing missing. .. If you come, maybe we will choose this homestay .. it's the best, it's close to the beach and places to eat .. you can walk while feeling the beach breeze ..
