★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor facilities. No basic amenities such towel, door mat, shampoo, table, clean mirror, and of course clean water. They used river water for toilet use which was very cloudy and not clean. The restaurant inside the resort was not open during our stay, so we have to go outside to buy dinner which was quite far from the resort. And the room is quite pricy with poor facilities. Not worthy. The good thing is the scenery is very beautiful and we enjoy swimming in the river

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is place is for person or family who doesn't care about the facilities and just want to enjoy the stay near the water stream, lepaking with family or friends, barbequing, spend whole day inside the cold water.
If you want to have a perfect vacay with quality service then this place is not for you.
Yes, no towels, water inside the toilet / bathroom is pump out from the river, small tv with only 3 channel, bedsheet and blanket should be better, not enough parking space,
For me and family, doesn't hurt a bit, its good for the children to experience how to cope with such a situation. We spend 3 days 2 night just doing the same thing, eat, mandi, sleep, but we enjoy it. Hahahah

Price breakdown:-
Parking - RM3 per entry
Recommended to cross the Jambatan Gantung and pay RM5 per entry and add RM75 for a big canopy. There are more place to explore here. Toilet here are clean and better then the other side before the Jambatan Gantung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are pretty reasonable considering the size of the lodging. But steer clear if you're a clean freak. The communal toilets had such a bad stench, even blindfolded you would be able to locate the place by smell. It really brought back memories of the toilets back in primary school.
SOPs were not exactly followed, most residents were freely roaming the territory without any mask, people were spitting in the river rapids, im surprised authorities will allow them to operate this way.
By far they have one of the clearest water, as they're located upstream compared to some neighbouring 'resorts'. There's quite some activities and rental of floats and atv bikes so you won't be bored for sure.
The chalets are all pretty and dainty. Honestly, I feel that the place has a lot of potential if only Management ups their game in the hygiene department. And the beds definitely need an upgrade, it's very low quality and uncomfortable. I would say yes if you're a big family on budget, or if you're used to backpacker lodging styles, but a big no if you're hoping for a quiet peaceful weekend retreat.
