★ ★ ★ ★ ★ owner very rude, arrogant and most importantly very racist towards his guests' in his Kamalodge Taiping! A total disgrace for the hospitality industry. Filthy kitchen, horrendous dining hall, very poor F&B service, staffs who are lack of experienced, and most importantly, the owner himself is not up to the par to handle tough situations. An owner who is a disgrace to the community by holding a position of Dato. Very racists, arrogant and not a professional individual. Lack of mannerism, not polite towards the elderly and not suitable to be in this hospitality industry. I would have given a Zero Star Rating, but the system needs a minimum 1 star rating for the review. Thank you.
