★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good lawyer firm, I was a first time home buyer eligible for stamp duty exemption. They asked me pay the stamp duty first and when I ask on the refund status they said its already paid, can't refund. Whereas my friend's lawyer (another firm) helped her to get the stamp duty refund which is part of the lawyer services.
